If Gold Panning is not your thing, then you can still come to stretch your legs, take in the sites, and talk a little history! We have plenty of friendly staff running around that are always good for a few conversations about the place, and the Historic buildings and plentiful amounts of antique mining relics are fun to walk around and explore. If gardens are your thing, then make sure you swing in and check out our amazing flower gardens!

“We have been to Crow Creek Mine several times in the past 14 years. Whenever people visit us from the lower 48 this is one of the places we take them. We enjoy the history and the authenticity of the mine. You get an A plus from us!”

“The scenery is just breath taking (I recommend packing a picnic) and we saw all sorts of curious little critters and beautiful flowers so bring a camera! There are some really cool antique artifacts along with the varied historic buildings on the property to check out too.”

A fantastic place to experience what Alaska was and still is. Panning in the creek is calming and rewarding $...if you’re lucky. The grounds are well kept and the staff is helpful and friendly.
